Turks and Caicos Islands
Roots2Reef is an NGO based in the Turks and Caicos. Its goal is to track and study endangered marine animals in the area, using acoustic tags. My role there was to be both a marine scientist and their resident photographer, which is quite a handful when a 60kg animal is thrashing about.
